Return Policy
Eligible items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were delivered to you.
If you selected local pickup, you would have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items or return for store credit.
You can mail back items, or you can bring them to our Richmond Hill location at 10155 Yonge st,Richmond hill, ON L4C1T5 (AFTER you have emailed us and received a Return Authorization email – see “How To Return An Item” below)
Curbside Options: Please give us a call at (905)237-0537 if you’d like to exchange an item, or drop off an item for store credit, and we will be happy to coordinate that for you, as a curb side interaction.
We do not offer refunds (unless item received is damaged). See drop down item below for information on damaged items.
IMPORTANT: If your purchase was made online, you will be issued an online store credit that may only be used for future online purchases and cannot be used in-store. Unfortunately, our brick & mortar location & our online store’s credit systems are not linked, so credits are not interchangeable.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 25th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 6th with the tags attached
